A study via the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Customer Defense analyzed eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 within the UAE and three from Turkey. It found that all eight samples had been viewed as "faulty". 5 from the goods sampled contained fats other than cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in products labelled "chocolate" in Germany.
